Everything you need to know about getting your photos printed.
What paper type do you print on?
Fuji Lustre. Fuji Crystal Archive Professional Lustre features a very natural photographic finish reminiscent of traditional photographic printing. Coated with a slightly stippled texture Lustre prints are very resistant to fingerprints, scratches and scuffs and feature a semi-matt finish with minimal glare.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders should arrive within 3–7 working days of placing your order. This gives us time to check and prepare your photos for printing before they head off to the lab and into the post. We use Royal Mail for delivery. Their delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, so occasionally an order may take a little longer. Weekends, bank holidays, unusually large orders, production delays and busy postal periods can all affect delivery times. If your prints haven't arrived after 10 working days, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
Do you print other sizes?
No. We keep things simple and print everything at the classic 6×4" photo size. It's the traditional format we think suits screen-free and retro digital cameras perfectly. No endless menus of sizes and finishes. Just proper photos, like the ones you remember.
Which cameras do you print for?
We print for all kinds of screen-free and retro-style digital cameras, including DigiDispo, KLIK, Camp Snap, Flashback, Paper Shoot and Time Lens. You can also send photos from any other digital camera or phone if you prefer.
What if I have more or fewer photos than a film roll?
We keep things old-school, with 12, 24 and 36 exposure rolls. Our 12 Exposure Roll is the minimum order, so you can send fewer than 12 photos, but the roll price will still apply. If you go over 12 or 24 photos, you don't have to jump straight to the next full roll. Extra prints can simply be added individually, and we'll automatically move you to the next roll size if that works out better value. Got more than 36? No problem. Just keep adding photos to your roll and any additional prints will be charged individually.
How do I send you my photos?
Head to the Send Your Photos page, choose your camera, upload your images, then fill in your details. We accept JPG, PNG and HEIC files. Once your order is placed, we'll take care of the rest.
Do you edit or change my photos?
No. We print your photos exactly as you send them. We check each one before it goes to print, but we don't apply filters, crops or corrections unless something is obviously wrong.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. This helps us keep postage simple and reliable while we get your prints to you as quickly as possible.
What finishes are available?
Our standard finish is Classic Lustre, which gives a natural, slightly textured photographic look with minimal glare and good resistance to fingerprints.
